1. Acceptance

By using our website, creating an account, or placing an order with National Sign Display ("NSD"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Wholesale Customers Only

NSD sells exclusively to the trade — sign shops, distributors, and commercial resellers. To purchase from us, you must:

• Be a registered business entity operating in the United States
• Hold a valid, current Reseller's Permit issued by your state
• Provide a copy of your permit upon account registration or upon request

3. Pricing & Orders

All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Prices exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; NSD may accept or decline any order at its discretion. Monthly specials and promotions cannot be combined unless stated.

4. Custom Manufacturing

NSD manufactures products using aluminum, plastic, and steel — including custom designs. For custom orders:

• Submit a sketch or CAD diagram with dimensions, PMS color, quantity, packaging needs, and lead time
• Production starts only after written approval and payment or deposit
• Once production begins, cancellations and changes may not be possible and payments may be non-refundable
• Lead times are estimates; NSD is not liable for delays beyond our control

5. Payment & Sales Tax

Payment is due at the time of order unless a written credit account has been established. Customers with a valid Reseller's Permit are generally exempt from sales tax. It is your responsibility to collect and remit sales tax to the appropriate authority upon resale of our products.

6. Shipping & Delivery

NSD ships across the United States, primarily via UPS. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Inspect all shipments upon receipt. Report any shipping errors, missing items, or damage within 5 business days of delivery to sales@nsdinfo.com.

7. Returns & Defects

Standard products: Returns accepted within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and with a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

Custom orders: Non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or non-conforming. Report defects within 10 business days of receipt.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content — images, text, logos, and designs — belongs to NSD or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Information collected is used solely to process orders, maintain your account, and communicate with you. We do not sell your data to third parties. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

Products and the website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NSD's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. NSD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, CA. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve issues informally.

12. Changes to These Terms

NSD may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Check this page periodically for changes.
